Happy Home Maintenance LLC
Customer Contact List:
Happy Home Maintenance collects phone numbers, names of clients, email addresses, and worksite addresses for our records. Most of this data is taken over the phone or email and entered into a gmail database. The gmail database is believed to be reasonably secure and their policy is given here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US
Happy Home Maintenance LLC will never share this data outside the company without explicit informed consent from the client. In the event that client contacts need to be shared with another contractor, HHM will ask permission from the client over text or email and not bury said permission in fineprint. If a client needs this info removed from our database, just ask.

Billing Info:
In most cases, clients enter payment info through Stripe. Their robust privacy measures are available at https://stripe.com/privacy
In some cases,HHM may take a check or run a clients credit card for them. In that event, we do not store the clients credit card numbers at all. They will be manually entered in every time because we believe this helps ensure safety of clients' data. If we take a pic of a paper check for deposit, that pic is not stored in an online database on our end, but may be stored by the trusted banking institution for their records.

Job Pics:
Our Service Agreement includes a clause allowing HHM to use non-identifying job pics for resumé purposes. These will not include wide shots of the outside of a home, house numbers, or faces. If the property owner or resident would like these kinds of digital pictures to remain private, we can still provide service. Just let us know and we will remove those pictures from our internal database after they are sent to the client.

Additional Measures:
In the unlikely event that an HHM database has a security breach, notification will be sent to all who may be affected without specific identifying information visible to other recipients. An employee of HHM will only have access to client contact list temporarily, and not from a privately owned device. If HHM makes social media posts, they will never include specific or identifying information about clients, such as house numbers, license plates, or names. We are happy to take additional measures if needed because we take information privacy seriously and understand that some clients may have additional discretion needs that are hard to forsee. Please direct requests and inquiries about data security or client discretion to casehhm@gmail.com
